Marinated tofu, kalamata olives, young sprouts, chilli, tomato and apple cider vinegar dressing and a $2 bag of four leaf lettuce mix. Sometimes I wish I could jump into the salad bowl because it looks so colourful and exciting and like it would absolutely rule. This is one of those times.
